This is my first day to go to back to play a tournament. I haven't playing in like a month, and I'm so excited. I am paired up with my friend Mizara. Today is my day to shine, and no one can stop me from doing that. It's normally hot in Phoenix, but today felt like I was in San Diego. On the perfect day to play golf, I bombed again and shot +11. At least it's better than my last tournament, but I have to do better tomorrow no matter what.
Today is a moving day, and I have to do a lot better. It's hotter than yesterday, but I can survive the heat. At least I'm not last right now, but I have to move up at least a spot. I shouldn't get disappointed if my competitors beat me because mostly all of them are older than me. I shot +6 for the day, and I was proud of myself. This was my lowest round in the Girls Championship! I have to keep it up, and we're heading to San Diego for IMG.
Today is my first day playing in the Girls Championship, and I'm pretty scared. Those girls are like going to be a head taller than me or even more, and they're also about to go to college. Anyways, my dad forgot the push cart, so we had to go to a store to buy another one. How forgetful he is, but it's okay. I bogeyed the first hole and shot on the back nine +4. I was doing okay for how young I was and was aiming to par the front nine, but got +8 on the front nine. I knew that I messed up on hole 17. It went from a birdie to a bogey. How frustrating. Everything after that started to fall, mostly my putting. I ended the day with a +12. How frustrating. I went to practice my putting after the round, and I knew I had to do better tomorrow.
My final round-My goal today was +3, but I didn't even get close to +3. I got the same score as yesterday. I was frustrated, but after all it was one tournament. I had to improve on the next one.
Well, I'm out here in the morning, and it's pretty cold. This is going to be the first time that I'm caddying myself, and I'm pretty scared. The course just had a frost delay, and I'm not feeling too confident with the greens. My irons and driver are off right now, and I'm just not feeling it. The only good thing is that I will be playing with one of my friends, Mizara. I shot an 85 for the day, and I'm not too happy. At the end of the round, my dad and I went to the putting green to practice 6 footers, and I putted for at least 30 minutes. Well, it's okay because I have tomorrow. The next day, I was determined to do a lot better, and again there was a frost delay. I played the same people as yesterday, Mizara and Muzi. I ended up shooting a 78, a lot better than yesterday.
What a priceless weekend at USKids Golf Regional Tournament (Desert Shootout). The Huang Girls closed it out with 2 W's on my birthday (2/18)!!! The script couldn't have a better ending. #uskidsgolftournament, #arizonagolf, #girlsgolf, #juniorgolf, #pxg, #pxgtroups, #loprofolf
